PURPOSE
This policy aims to establish the principles, guidelines and mechanisms governing electronic communications of a commercial, advertising or promotional nature issued by Apodaca Group, in order to ensure that such communications are made exclusively with the prior, informed and express consent of the recipients, and in strict adherence to the best practices of personal data protection and prevention of spam.

i. The consent may be revoked at any time by the owner, without affecting the lawfulness of the prior processing.
iii. Opt-in: Mechanism by which the user expressly agrees to subscribe to receive communications from Apodaca Group.
iv. Opt-out: Simple, free, accessible and immediate mechanism that allows the recipient to cancel their subscription, revoke their consent and stop receiving additional commercial communications from Apodaca Group.
v. Suppression list: Internal record containing the email addresses of those users who have exercised their right to cancel (opt-out) and who must therefore not receive further commercial communications from the Apodaca Group.
